One of the most challenging projects, where in the client required us to develop a large residential development of approx 1 million Sq Ft on the partly constructed commercial building base. The innovation was to convert the commercial column grid that was commensurate to house residential units. The apartment matrix of studios, 1 & 2 BHK units made the task more challenging. The final designs resulted in a closely knit residential community connected by a large landscaped podium. The project was executed in collaboration with Design Architects - Andy Fisher Workshop, Singapore
