Sr. Architect Job Description
-
• Design, develop and conceptualize architectural design. Prepare working
drawing, Architecture and interior details as required.
• Analyse building code and bylaws, space requirement, site requirement and other technical documents as well as various reports. Prepare design brief. • Able to lead the team of architects and technicians and should co- ordinate with the Consultants in terms of civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, Landscape etc.
• Coordinating with Clients, Consultants and Contractors to resolve the technical issues and clarifications for successful implementation of ideas.
• Monitoring the site progress, site visits and proper implementation of the drawings on site.
• Managing quality productions drawings, tenders, BOQ, relevant architectural documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile: Strong leadership quality, people skills, should be able to work alone as well as in team, strong organizational skills and technical abilities. Should have analytical, decision making, and problem solving skills. The candidate should possess following skill set: Auto CAD, 3D Modeling, Corel Draw & Photoshop, and MS Office etc. Knowledge of Revit Architecture and SketchUp shall be an added advantage. Desired Candidate Profile: Should be able to work in the team as well as alone, strong drafting abilities. The candidate should possess the following skill set: Auto CAD (Must), Google Sketch up, Corel Draw, Photoshop and MS Office, etc. Knowledge of Revit Architecture shall be an added advantage. Candidates must be punctual. Clear Understanding of structural, MEP, facade and landscape drawings is required. Education and experience: At least HSC passed with an Autocad certification course from a reputed institute. Should have a minimum fo 5 years experience with architectural consultancy firms.
