Our History
Mr. Pravin Malkani, a distinguished Independent Architect, boasts a successful career marked by expertise in Residential, Commercial, Office Spaces, and Hospitality sectors. Recognized since 1993 for his astute design sense, he led prominent projects, including the New US Consulate in Mumbai-India. As the Managing Director of Patel Realty since 2007, he oversaw the delivery of around 6 million sq. ft of diverse real estate.
Under Mr. Malkani's leadership, Patel Realty has excelled in delivering residential apartments, villas, commercial complexes, SEZs, shopping malls, hotels, and service apartments. His precision in design optimization and versatile talent is evident in the vast portfolio.
Mr. Hemen Shah, an accomplished professional in Architectural Design, Project Coordination, and Technical Management, has been pivotal in completing over 8 million square feet of development work since 2000. Working under Mr. Malkani's leadership, he played a key role in designing various real estate development activities in Mumbai, Mauritius, Hyderabad, and Bengaluru during his tenure as Dy. Director - Design & Development at Patel Realty India Ltd.
