These stacked townhouses located within a large integrated township were designed to a very broad client brief. The entire development was clustered around a raised podium that was vehicle free. The site grade was used to avoid any basements for car parking and the townhouses were raised on stilts, however tied in with the podium that acted like inner pedestrian streets.
