This was a basement + Ground + 3 Upper Floor industrial building and we were required to get the statutory approvals and design the building to now be a commercial building. The building was clad with a EIFS system (used 1st time in Mumbai) thereby reducing the cooling requirement by over 25%. This 100000 Sq. Ft building was rented and occupied by Pfizer.
