Smondo was one of the most prestigious and proud works, as it required the design team to script a new genre of housing in Bangalore called the SMONDO - Smart Condominium. The use of smart design and efficient use of space make for comfortable living at a comfortable price. The design brief specified unit types of Studio & 1 BHK, 2 BHK & 3 BHK, which is fairly usual. However this brief required the design to be set out in such a grid so as to add the studio to a 1 BHK or a 2 BHK to form a larger home and still not change the facade / elevation.
